FONCTIONNALITY AND CONNECTIVITY

Pairing is quick and intuitive. Just open the Ooly app and follow the on-screen steps. No complicated setup needed. Need a reminder? The guide is available here.
Yes! Once the schedule is saved through the app, Ooly stores all your settings. You don’t need to keep your phone nearby. It continues to operate independently.
Yes. Each Ooly can be programmed individually. You can connect multiple devices to a single app and set different schedules for each child or each room.
Up to 7 days of use on a single charge. The USB-C cable is included, and recharging is simple, quick, and safe.
No risk! There are no accessible buttons on Ooly. All settings are managed through the app, preventing any accidental changes by curious little hands.
1.     Make sure Ooly's battery isn't drained completely. Connect Ooly to the USB charger.
2.     Make sure your phone or tablet isn't out of range of Ooly. Bluetooth Low Energy range is 100m outdoor but reduces indoor depending on wall materials. Stay in the same room as Ooly.
3.     Make sure your phone or tablet supports Bluetooth version 4.0 or more, and that the Bluetooth radio is enabled in the general settings of your Android or iOS device.
4.     Make sure no other phones or tablets are currently connected to this Ooly, as it will prevent your device from detecting it.
5.     Quit and reopen the Ooly app.
6.     Unpair Bluetooth from your phone/tablet. iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the "i" icon of the Ooly device, tap "Forget this Device" and confirm. Android: Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Bluetooth settings, touch and hold the paired Ooly device, then touch Unpair.
7.     If your Ooly still does not appear in the detected device list, press and hold Ooly's head button for a continuous 10 seconds to free it from any previous connection.
8.     Reboot your phone/tablet.

SAFETY AND MATERIALS

No. Ooly is made from hard plastic and soft silicone, free of BPA and phthalates. It is safe, even for the youngest children who like to handle it.
No. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), a very low-emission technology. Once the schedule is set, Ooly operates without an active connection or continuous signals.

DAILY USE

Not at all. Ooly is 100% silent. No alarms, no beeps, no motor. The light changes color according to the set schedule, gently. Perfect for children who wake up easily.
No. The brightness can be adjusted in the app. There’s also an option to block blue light at night to respect the natural sleep rhythm and support melatonin production. Does your child prefer complete darkness? Ooly can stay off until morning.
Yes. The casing is soft, with no fragile parts. Ooly is designed to keep up with family life. It can be dropped, carried around, handled… it holds up.
From 1 year old, a child can benefit from the reassuring light. Once they understand colors, they can follow the routine. Some parents even use it as a gentle night light from birth.
